Dragon Boat Festival is a Chinese traditional festival, that falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. It is known as one of the four major traditional festivals of Han Chinese, along with the Spring Festival, the Qingming Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival. A number of tales on its origins exist, but the best-accepted one is that it has been established to remember the famous patriotic poet Qu Yuan.
